How to rent
Application Process
KAM Properties adheres to all federal, state and local fair housing laws. All information collected is private and for our leasing purposes only. ​

Please fill the application out completely.
It usually takes three business days to process an application.

KAM Properties management will obtain information and contact the following:
1. Current Credit Report
3. Rental references
4. Salary verification

Security Deposit is due upon approval of application by cash or money order.
​
First month’s rent is due at lease signing by cash or money order.
​
All leases have a one year minimum
​
PET POLICY
We do not accept pets.
Payment Policy
All rent is due on the first day of the month with a grace period until the fifth day of the month. A 10% late fee is added on the fifth day of the month.

If your personal check returns to us as non-sufficient funds you will be charged a $50 fee and will be required to send all future payments online or a mailed money order/cashier check.
Voter RegistrationInformation
If the move to our property changes the district you vote in, the following document and registration form will be helpful.
Maintenance Issues
If you are a current tenant and have a maintenance issue, please send a text message to the following number:

Give detailed information to include a contact phone number and if you prefer to be at home when the maintenance is performed. You will receive a prompt response during office hours and the next business day if after hours. If you do not receive a response in a timely manner, please resend the text.
